  • The 2007 complete reconstruction of the 180-foot, three-masted lumber schooner C.A. Thayer for the National Park Service

  • New construction of the 120-foot War of 1812 brig Niagara for the State of Pennsylvania, with Naval Architect Melbourne Smith

  • New construction of the 96-foot brig and storeship Globe, for the city of Sacramento, with Naval Architect Melbourne Smith.

  • Complete reconstruction of the 60-foot scow schooner Alma for the National Park Service

  • New construction of the California state tall ship, the 94-foot schooner Californian, with Naval Architect Melbourne Smith

  • Restoration of the 309-foot, full-rigged, riveted iron ship Balclutha, for the National Park Service

  • Major planking and caulking overhauls of six wooden MSO class minesweepers for the U.S. Navy
